Annual Meeting of the LPC

The Annual Meeting of the Loose Parish Council normally takes place on the third Monday in May. As with every council and committee meeting, members of the public are very welcome to attend.

At the Annual meeting, the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Loose Parish Council are formally proposed and accepted onto the Council.

It is also at this meeting that the dates for the main Council meetings, plus the meetings of the various committees are discussed and agreed, by all members present.

For information, agendas and minutes, please see the Main LPC Minutes and Agendas Page.

The Loose Parish Council itself should consist of thirteen Councillors. Currently there are a shortage of members.

If you think you may be interested in joining the parish council as a co-opted member, please contact the Clerk.
