Kent Film Office – request for Arts and Crafts house to participate in new BBC Show

Kent Film Office have had a request from the BBC for a new series featuring Arts & Crafts skills in restoring or refurbishing an existing Arts & Crafts Property.
Does anybody know of any potentially suitable properties within the parish or town where the owners might be interested in participating.
The brief they have received is as follows:-
  •  A house or large cottage that would appear on screen as the House of Arts & Crafts (working title)
  • Linked to the Arts and Crafts movement or story in some way, the house would ideally have some features linked to that time with 3 rooms that we would then see brought to life in the series with furniture made for  each room as we explore the craftsmanship and principles of what they’re doing.
  • Would ideally house 6 craftspeople or have another house/barn conversion, estate cottage nearby where they could live.
  • We do not wish a museum or house already open to the public, but are searching for a private home with a garden.
  • For making purposes, we’re hoping there might also be an outbuilding/barn/workshop where we could base a small furniture workshop but we could look in the wider area to find this, i.e nearby village or farm.
  • We are scheduled to film for 4-5 weeks around July and August.
  • Happy with a house that may need some work, or is looking a bit tired as our makers could contribute to the property through cosmetic work and soft furnishings.
