The annual Loose Village Fete has been running since 2008. It is currently administered by a working group, run by members of the parish council and the local community.

We are always keen to hear from anyone who is willing to help either with the organisation of the fete or on the day.

This is an annual community event, usually held on the first Saturday in September.

The 2018 Loose Fete had a vintage theme. It took place on Saturday, 1 September.  The Fun Dog Show, which has become a traditional part of the fete was once again being very generously sponsored by Vets4Pets, Sutton Road, Maidstone.
